Bad: I dont like the staff and the way they talked to my friends when I just wanted to have a drink with them in the roof top . They pretended no guests were allowed at all . When you pay this price for a room you dont want to be treated poorly . Especially cause some other colleagues staying at hotel had guests and it seemed no problem for them to access the bar . The general impression was rude staff trying to stay polite the whole time. The whole welcoming experience felt fake and dishonest . I would also sometimes ask for hot water and it would take an hour before getting it . For the price of this hotel I was extremely disappointed on how I have been treated .
