10Excellent hotel with attentive staff in the heart of the city
Good: One of the best hotels in Istanbul!The first thing I would like to note is that one of the first things you meet when checking in is the staff of this hotel!They are ready to help you with absolutely any questions and problems at any time of the day or night!Responsive, friendly people work in this hotel and it is with them that you feel comfortable and protected.Of course, the location is excellent right next to the tram stop, which will take you anywhere in Istanbul in a matter of minutes.From the hotel, you can walk literally in 7-10 minutes to the two main mosques of this wonderful city or easily use public transport to talk about the Galata Tower and other places.The room was clean, comfortable, we were satisfied with the cleaning and the services that are offered to you during your stay.The breakfasts were excellent, hearty and fulfilled our needs.I recommend you to stay and visit this excellent hotel in order to enjoy Istanbul!

3You d better stay away! Very dirty and stinking hotel, rude and incompetent staff.
Good: Central location near the tram T1
Bad: At check in the staff required cash payment. They refused to charge the card as the terminal was not working. They insisted on me getting cash from ATM and threatened to kick me out with a child, which was very disturbing. I paid to booking myself with no problem. The room they gave me had a leaking shower and the switch was broken and they wouldnt repair as it was no big deal for them apparently. They promised to change the room to a better one starting from the next day. So I stayed but in the evening they called to tell me that another room not available, it was given to someone else. I think this is scam! There is cigarette smoke everywhere even inside the room, even in the bathroom. the carpet on the common stairs is heavily stained. There is absolutely no place in the room for 2 per, about 25-30 cm passage around the bed. You cannot see it from pictures on booking. The room needs urgent renovation and good wash. It was noisy because of the tram - the windows did not close properly as they are probably old and broken.
