9Good value for the money
Good: The room is spacious, it has everything you need, bottled water and instant coffee are replenished in the room every day at no extra charge. Cleanliness is at a high level. Breakfast is good and have a lot of options.
Bad: The room should have more direct lighting (like chandelier or similar), there is indirect lighting from lamps and ceiling which is not sufficient. Our room did not have good view from the window (we were looking at the neighboring building so we couldn't use full natural light), so we had to have curtains drawn over the windows for the most of the time.

Good: Avoid this atrocious thing they call hotel. Cleanliness out the window. Customer service is appalling
Bad: Avoid avoid avoid. Everything was dirty from towels to bedding to the floor to the staff members. Yes they wear the same dirty clothes. They don't clean properly. Leave you with the old bedding and towels. Ripped bedding. See pictures. Overall just a waste of time with the hotel. Avoid avoid avoid.

9We had a very good stay.
Good: Breakfast was excellent. Lovely and authentic area 5 minutes walk to the blue mosque and Sulantahmet. Grand bazar is 15 min walk. If you want to see them all and do some shopping you need at least 3 days. If you just want to see and move on then one day is enough. Hotel does not have a restaurant but there are lots of restaurants in the area.
Bad: The pillows and the mattress was ok, but not too comfortable. Specially the pillows could have been softer.
