5Great location. Uninspiring small hotel.

Good: Excelente location for Taksim Square.

Bad: Not a brilliant level of English. Staff too eager to get a good review or a tip, my luggage was carried for me against my instruction from reception to my room 7 metres away, and I was explained how the switches worked! The ground floor rooms' balconies are a glorified yard surrounded with barbed wire, not a pretty look. Breakfast buffet uninspiring.

10Very friendly, clean, near and nice!!

Good: The location is in the center of Taksim near all services! The staff are really friendly and generous like Ayhan, Moussa, Serhat, Ashraf and Ahmad. They helped us a lot in our stay and were always ready to provide more help!

Good: Hotel was excellent. Central quiet location just few minutes from Taksim square. We were on a business trip so we took two separate rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had problems with our taxi that we didn book by hotel (didt come on time on our departure) so two guys working on the reception that day (18th May morning) helped us resolve the problem. The breakfast is excellent, its buffet with a lot of variety of choices, both salted and sweet. Special thanks to breakfast staff Athan and Gozde. They were at our disposal for everything.
